Made from 100% German variety brandy plums grown in Geneva, NY. We’ve been diligently working on this in small batches for 5+ years, and we wanted to try aging some in an ex-Bourbon / ex-Old Growth Tree spirit barrel that would be slightly more neutral. Very aromatic floral nose, viscous and oily, with some lingering burnt sugar sweetness, and long finish due to the higher barrel proof. This is a super fun sipping spirit that opens up beautifully as it warms and oxidizes in the glass!
