All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their first order. At our discretion, we may request that you submit proof of age via e-mail or fax prior to your order being shipped. Proof of ID will include but not be limited to your driver’s license clearly showing the expiry date. All wines and spirits that are shipped on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.
Order Processing Time:
Orders take a minimum of 24 hours to process in addition to shipping time. We will contact you via email when your order is ready to be picked up, or if you are having the order shipped, we will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If an item is out of stock, please allow up 5 business days for your order to be filled. If an item has a limited supply or has a longer lead-time to fill, we will contact you within 48 hours of when you placed your order.
Quantity Limitations; Pricing
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are valid on the day of sale and not guaranteed beyond that date.
All alcoholic products that you request to be shipped will require Proof of Age ID by an adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.
All shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. You must indicate during the checkout process if your order is being shipped to a residential address.
All orders require at least 1 business day to process, plus shipping time. Orders shipped via ground service to west coast take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Midwest and southwest shipments take 3-5 business days, and east coast will take 2-3 days once shipped. If you would like to request an additional service other than Ground , please contact us for details and a quote.
New York State liquor laws prevent us from shipping liquor out of the state. For out of state customers, your order cannot be processed with a liquor item attached. The site will alert you before allowing your order to proceed once you enter your ZIP code.
States, Counties Not Shipped to
Due to the numerous US State laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages, we presently only ship to the following States:

Dry Counties: Please note that if you live in a dry county, your order will not be shipped. For future information, please check with you local state or county. The following States have published dry county restrictions: Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
Credit Card and Proof of ID:
Due to fraudulent attempts to purchase luxury goods on the web, we may require additional verification when using a credit card on particular orders. This may require the credit card holder to email or fax Pinnacle Wine & Liquor a photocopy of both the credit card and ID of the billing party. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Title of Ownership:
US State laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages are complex and constantly changing. The politics, policies and procedures regarding such sales and transportation are different in every state. Title for all products you order from us transfers to you once your order is approved by your credit card company. If you choose shipping as a delivery method, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. We make no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. Our site lists those states where common carriers will not deliver alcohol. You are responsible for compliance with all laws regarding such shipments. You may also make your own shipping arrangements.
By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, Pinnacle Wine & Liquor is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of you. By utilizing this service from Pinnacle Wine & Liquor you are representing that you are acting in compliance with your local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages. You further represent that you have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally entitled to take possession of the alcoholic beverages, are legally entitled to take quantities ordered and that you and the person accepting delivery of the alcoholic beverage products are at least 21 years of age.
All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Pinnacle Liquor is not responsible for any items that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay at its discretion shipment of a package to prevent heat damage or freezing. Orders placed between Wednesday and Friday using Ground, 3-Day or 2-Day service may be held until the following Monday to prevent your package from waiting in the shipper’s warehouse. Please look for emails from us during such periods.
