Truffle Hound is a co-fermented blend of Barbera and Nebbiolo from Australia's Clare Valley and offers up loads of savory notes which harmonize nicely with seductive cherry, pomegranate and eucalyptus on the mid-palate. The finish has an amaro-like spice/smoke kick and offers a silky texture and low ABV that conjures up great Pinot Noir. Serve with a slight chill for maximum enjoyment.
