100% Chardonnay. From hand-harvested estate vines averaging 20-25 years on clay-limestone soils. Natural-yeast-fermented—like all of Manciat's wines—and in this case aged in steel tank only. A crisp yet creamy wine. Notes of ripe yellow apple, mellow minerality and refreshing acidity. A well-balanced, classic Burgundy from the Mâcon.
