Guyot has taken over her family's farm, where many of the vines on the jurassic limestone were lost to phylloxera. Because of trouble with frost and hail in ‘24, she lost the fruit that she typically sources for this wine. She spurced grapes from Régnié in Beaujolais and in the Mâcon. The resulting wine is sage-laden on the nose with just a hint of yellow tropical fruit. A quenching, refreshing wine evoking the sea with yellow fruit in taut tension with river stones. The wine is whole cluster pressed and spends 6 months in barrel with light filtration.
