This rice-spirit based gin has a rich nose that's filled with yuzu, orange zest and juniper with edges of sansho peppercorn and ginger with a hint of olive rounding out the nose. The palate hits with loads of fresh citrus and is just weighty enough for an ultra-sippable martini. Finishing up with watermelon rind and more savory peppercorn and ginger around the edges, there's a pleasant bite of juniper lingering there. This is an ultra-approachable and ultra-flexible gin that would make a great addition to any bar, especially if you're planning on making a variety of cocktails.
