Nc'nean Single Malt Scotch Whisky Skurnik Selection Ex-Calvados Cask (700ml)
Organic single cask single malt Scotch whisky produced by Nc’nean in Drimnin, Scotland (Western Highlands), selected by and bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits. Distilled from 100% unpeated organic-certified malted Scottish barley, twice distilled in copper pot stills, then aged 6 years (in an ex–bourbon cask from 2017–2021; finished in an ex–Avallen Calvados cask from 2021–2024). No added coloring, non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 60.2% ABV. Juicy fruit flavors, including fresh green apple, pear, and hints of quince, is layered with deeper, stewed fruit notes reminiscent of apple strudel and spiced compote.
