Made by marrying five of Laphroaig's all-time favorite casks, each with its own story to tell, this is a cask-strength version of one of the distillery's best loved expressions, Cask Lore. On the palate, Lore Cask Strength makes a dramatic entrance with notes of peat and sea salt, before leading to a peppery sparkle, with lemon, limes and caramel, and flavors like minty tea, cumin, cloves and ginger. It finishes with a bold antiseptic burst, and leaves you with a hint of sweet citrus.
