This is a traditional schnapps in Austria where much of Karl from Hollerhorn's family tree has roots, and it’s a super fun way to celebrate all of the harvest by combining multiple fruits into one offering. In this case it is separate first distillations, and then a combined second distillation with all the base spirits. Peach, Strawberry, Golden Raspberries, Grape, Blueberry and Plum. Rested in stainless steel for a few months before bottling to allow everything to marry.
