This is a savory rosé that will hang with a cheese plate, a picnic, or a cozy holiday meal. It's that diverse. The nose is somewhat muted with some peppery notes. It’s on the palate that the wine comes alive with an incredible punch of flavor. Brambly, savory fruit welcomes the palate with a great balance of depth and good natural acidity. This is not a shy variety on the red spectrum and Stefan found that balance on the pink spectrum.
