Suze Description
Suze is a gentian-based aperitif that you can treat like an herbaceous Campari. It's not quite as sweet or syrupy as the Italian stalwart. The nose is unusually fresh, verdant, and floral for an aperitif liqueur and the finish will forever remind me of bitter lettuce, like endive.
