This great blended Scotch whisky is made by a Belgian gentleman in Burgundy, France! That could be confusing, but the result is incredible. Michel Couvreur was a perfectionist and every product he created is made with the greatest care. The whiskies are matured in sherry casks in a cellar that Michael created himself. The water used come partly from Scotland. Both malted and unmalted barley are used. It's a smooth drink with slight salinity and delicate almond vanilla. The sherry cask aging gives the perfect roundness.
