Post aging, these spirits are blended together for consistency of flavor profile and proofed down to 46% before bottling. Fort Hamilton ‘Double Barrel’ is non-chilled filtered, leading to additional texture and complexity. Notes of herbaceous dill, fennel, walnut skin precede a palate of dark cocoa powder, caramel-covered pretzels, and yellow apple with honey and sea salt on the finish.
