Sulauze Charbonnieres Rouge 2022 (750ml)
Karina & Guillaume Lefèvre met hiking across Corsica fell in love and started a certified biodynamic winery in Provence. This limited bottling comes from younger vines in a single vineyard with sandstone & clay soil atop a limestone bedrock. A ridiculously gulpable wine that would convince any Grenache naysayers that this variety can be lifted, bright and nuanced. A bit of Syrah adds complexity and spice.
