Tim Fröhlich's 2022 Riesling from the Frühlingsplätzchen vineyard has beautifully present flinty aromas, followed by a still reductive but highly intense and captivating opening. On the palate, it is taut and juicy with fine tannins that coat the mouth, vibrantly fresh and incredibly long-lasting. Despite the heat of the year, an impressive freshness and liveliness have been captured in this bottle.

While reduction still swings along, there is passion fruit foliage on this intriguing nose. The palate is light, zesty with pale lemon peel, clear as a bell, bright and wonderfully straight-laced. It’s linear and somehow also gentle.
