This Brut Nature Champagne comes from organically farmed, high-altitude parcels in Noé-les-Mallets and is aged for four to five years on lees before bottling without added sulfites. The cépage is approximately 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. One of our favorite Champagne producers!
