Le Preyna is the name of an old parcel planted with 75% cinsault and 25% grenache in deep granitic soils. The grapes are pressed and fermented separately in concrete tanks and blended before bottling. Light on its feet, bright and fresh, showcasing bright red fruit, tart raspberry notes and a little barnyard funk. Some pleasant, lightly grippy tannins add the perfect amount of structure to this juicy wine. This drinks best with a light chill, and would make for a welcome addition to those summer BBQ parties.
