G.B. Burlotto Description
Very much made in a traditional Italian style, this wine has a refreshing and food friendly finish to it. Ruby red in color with violet nuances, the nose is generous and aromatic with aromas of small red berries and cherry fruit. The palate is round and refreshing with good acidity plus flavors or redcurrants and more cherries. Pair with poultry dishes, red meat and goat cheese or simply by the glass.

The 2023 Dolcetto d'Alba is a gorgeous, quirky wine. Exotic flowers, spice, leather, licorice and cool, blue-toned fruits are all laced together in the glass. The 2023 was done with 60% stems, as is the custom here. The Burlotto Dolcetto remains one of the most distinctive wines in all of Piedmont.
