Tarlant is the epitome of electric-powered Champagne, it reverberates at a new frequency and lights up your cerebral cortex with its citrusy minerals and glorious acidities. Aged in neutral barrel, but never allowed to go through malolactic (a secondary fermentation contributing to a rounder, richer mouthfeel and softer acids), this has weight and sheer power but also incredible freshness.

Tarlant's NV Brut Nature Zero (2012 base) packs a serous punch. Rich, vinous and expansive on the palate, the Brut Nature is a fabulous introduction to this range. Lemon oil, chamomile, dried flowers and apricot all open over time, gaining freshness and aromatic lift. Time in the glass brings up tons of red-fruited intensity from the Pinots.
