A fresh and mineral Champagne from three Grand Cru villages: Cramant, Chouilly, and Oiry. Vinified in stainless steel where it goes through malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 36 months. 4g/L dosage. The nose has notes of ginger, citrus, lemon zest, white nectarine and wet white stones, while the palate is light with a lemon lift to the nectarine fruits and a suggestion of freshly risen bread dough. A creamy and chalky texture reflects the subsoils of the Côte des Blancs.
