Under the leadership of head brewer Hiroshi Nagai, the brewery is committed to producing sakes that showcase the region's natural resources. This has mouthwatering notes of lemon custard, papaya & kumquat with hints of black pepper and smoke. As you drink, flavors of yogurt, nuts and fruit emerge. Clean, pronounced acidity, and full of umami.
