From a high-elevation site above Premeaux-Prissey at 300m, this Pinot Noir sees Garcia’s hallmark hand-destemming “baie par baie” approach (hand-destemming the grapes to make wines with unique floral qualities.). Fermented with native yeasts, no sulfur until after malo, and aged in a mix of new and used barrels. A delicate wine, with notes of rose and red cherries. Really beautiful!
