A dry amber white, Tsitska is a native white grape of Georgia's western Imereti region. This traditionally made qvevri wine is medium-bodied, with prolonged skin contact giving tannic structure and aromas. Deep flavor enhanced by a very short skin maceration, something between a very light orange wine and a deep white. An Arnold Palmer-like marriage of black tea and lemony citrus with great depth and a long, lingering finish.
