Vibrant Jura Chardonnay from a tiny 1.2 hectare parcel in Les Arces, Arbois. Here the vines benefit from a northern exposure and are planted on marl/limestone soils. The direct press juice was fermented in tank and then aged in old oak barrique for one year. Fresh with aromas of citrus and white flowers, the wine captures the essence of the Jura with taught minerality and a distinctive streak of salinity. A tiny production Jura gem that is sure to only get better with time!
