Grapes for Delmoro Tinto come from vineyards near the village of Venta del Moro, planted between 15 and 50 years ago. A 4ha single-vineyard called Paraje Guindal, planted in 1987, contributes the garnacha that makes up 80% of the blend. Bush-trained, old-vine syrah makes up the remainder. Delmoro Tinto is bright and juicy with red fruit, wild herbs, and Mediterranean spice. Medium-bodied, fresh, and fruit-driven with soft tannins and an easy, food-loving finish.
