A very successful Chardonnay that comes from a parcel below the village near the main road, which has stony and loamy soils, hence the name “Graviers.” There is lovely sweetness in the nose with pretty notes of elderflower and orchard fruit. The wine is vinified half in oak and half in stainless steel to temper the rather rich flavors that young vines can produce. This is a fresh and attractive with a good acid reverberation in the finish. A great value; pair with seafood pasta!
