In a short period of time, Eleni et Edouard Vocoret have planted their names on a shortlist of the best producers in Chablis. The young couple are cut from the same cloth as their mentor, Dauvissat, with hand-picked grapes and barrel-aging yielding Chablis that's ultra fresh yet deeply textured and nuanced. Les Pargues is a vineyard that shares a very similar layout to the Premier Cru of Montmains just to the north; the wine is premier cru in quality without a doubt. This Chablis is crisp, tart, salty, and smoky, with a rare level of intensity and detail.
