From six hectares in the villages of Sezanne, Avenay Val d'Or, and Cuis. 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Meunier; 30% of the blend comes from a reserve perpetuelle started in 1986. The Chardonnay is very much front and center in the wine's floral and citrus-driven profile. Bright, focused and tightly wound, the wine opens with wonderful nutty, savory notes coming through alongside the taut mineral and citrus flavors, which really bring this Champagne to life.
