Carmenere is THE wine of Chile! Despite the grape originally being used in Bordeaux, Chile now plants more of it than any other country by far. This bottle is a classic example, with dark fruit aromas paired with a distinctive peppery vegetable note. On the palate, the wine is structured with blueberry and blackberry notes mixed with earthy undertones and firm tannins. Highly recommend this with a pork chop or steak salad!
