Vincent Dancer is a small-scale vigneron in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, producing expressive whites from limestone-rich slopes. According to Jon Bonne, he "has found a unique knife-edge between the fealty he's generated among the naturalist posse and the more rarified set that embraces the appellations where he works." The 2023 Blanc hails from high-altitude vineyards near Nantoux, where an agroforestry project integrates Chardonnay vines with local trees and flowering verges. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in used larger-format barrels, the wine offers aromas of pear, white flowers, and fresh mint.
