The Farmer Fizz is a sparkling blend of varying red hybrids (Chambourcin, Chelois & Marechal Foch) in varying forms (from piquette to nouveau) that harmonize in a quirky and creative way. It’s low alcohol with fine fizzy bubbles and an interplay of fruitiness from the new wines, funky extraction from the piquette and a dance of bright acid and bubbles. Reminiscent of Italian dry Lambrusco, it’s made to evoke cheer and festivity, and that it does!
