Michelle Mercer and her husband Bruce Golden founded the MG Vineyard after spending 15 years living abroad and visiting some of the world’s best vineyards. The MG vineyard is a small plot of 9 acres in Dry Creek Valley with a microclimate cooler than the surrounding land. These factors allow a slower maturation rate and increased hang time for deep flavor development while retaining the grape’s natural acidity.
