100% Furmint from a single vineyard parcel in the subregion of Tállya called Hetény. After picking the bunches are pressed directly with a pneumatic press, then half of the juice is fermented and aged in stainless steal while the other half ages in ceramic eggs on their fine lees. The wine hits you with enchanting notes of elderflower, peach mango paired with citrus peel and honey. Pristine, elegantly structured and mineral.
