This wine is based on the grape variety of Torontel (also know as Torrontes). Hand harvested from a half-hectare of 100 year old vines, macerated on the skins for the duration of the two-week fermentation. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank, for one year, then aged for 3 months in old barrels. Expect complex aromatics like jasmine, blossoms, and ginger. The sip is clean and dry with beautifully earthy notes of almond and white tea.
