Adora is Blaufränkish, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin. The Blaufränkish is from 2020, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin from 2024. Each was grown in Niagara, fermented in stainless steel by the native yeast on the fruit, and bottled by us. It smells like honeycomb, ripe nectarines and white raspberries. Gentle acid and tannic flowers sit in a circle on your tongue. Adora is everything we love about red wine.
