Peay Vineyards’ 2023 Estate Viognier is grown on volcanic and clay soils in the cool West Sonoma Coast. The fruit was hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in neutral oak barrels to preserve brightness and purity. This Viognier shows floral aromatics, white peach, and citrus zest, balanced by lively acidity and a mineral backbone. A refined, textured white with coastal freshness and elegance.
