The grapes for this Syrah come from three of our long-certified biodynamic vineyards. Ngeringa has maintained a chemical-free approach—using no pesticides, synthetic fertilisers, or insecticides—dating back to 1980. This is a lively and fresh Syrah, with notes of rose, red currants, savoury olive tapenade, and spice. It tastes like walking through a pine forest eating fresh berries. Absolutely delicious.
