Located mid-slope on this great hill the soils are a wildly diverse collage of chalk, clay and flint. L'Atavique Tradition is aged for 3 years in a combination of oak and stainless steel, giving it subtle complexity. It's youthful and buoyant, with notes of tart citrus fruits, sour dough and smarties candies. Grower producers like this are unbelievable quality for the price!
