Michel Nartz Description
Crémant is a French sparkler produced via the same method used for Champagne, but hails from elsewhere in France and can be made with grapes not allowed in Champagne. This one, from a five-hectare family estate in the Alsatian village of Dambach-la-Ville, is delicious and approachable. Made from a blend of sustainably farmed Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling, it offers flavors of toasted hazelnut, honeysuckle, and yellow and green apples along a wave of creamy subtle bubbles. Sustainably farmed and vegan.
