Maurin Quina (750ml)
This fortified wine is produced from a sweet white wine and an infusion of wild cherries and quinine; a bit of cherry brandy, lemon & cherry juice is then added. The taste here is a bit like cherry marzipan. Enjoy on the rocks or as an alternative to Aperol or Campari for a change of pace in your next cocktail. And if lower ABV cocktails suit you best, don’t shy away from mixing it with white vermouth and soda. Yes, the label looks great, but now you need a bottle to use for your own bar!
