In 2020, Marco Tinessa was finally able to purchase a winemaking cellar in Montesarchio, his hometown, after working with Frank Cornelissen and Mario Fontana. Rubice Bianco is a pure Falanghina whose grapes come from two different vineyards, one in the municipality of Bonea at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level and the other in Montesarchio at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. This is a savory and taut wine, with notes of apple, clove, ginger, lemon zest, and herbs.
