Manincor Description
Schiava is a light bodied red wine that is similar in flavor and texture to Pinot Noir. This example is made by Manincor, one of the pioneers in biodynamic farming from the northerly Alto-Adige region of Italy. Delicately fruity on the nose with notes of cherry and toasted almonds. Juicy on the palate, extremely ''quaffable'' and elegant on the finish.
