100% Pinot Noir from old-vines planted in the Runz vineyard just below the Zotzenberg Grand Cru. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 2-3 weeks whole-cluster in stainless steel tank prior to racking to neutral barrique for 12 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
