Breitstein is a red blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris produced by Léo Dirringer on his 4th generation family estate. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with whole clusters and a maceration period of 7 days, followed by aging for 11 months in aged barrels. Tones of plums, cherries, rhubarb, sweet spices, toast and minerals dominate in this delicate, elegant, and fresh red, with well-integrated tannins.
