This is a stunning dry Riesling featuring notes of apple, pear, lemongrass and green tea. It has a delicate palate with nice minerality, complexity and a long finish.

Quite yeasty and closed, this is an elegant medium-bodied riesling GG with a lovely delicacy that still needs time for the aromas to open up. Almost steely wet stone and dried herb finish. Drinkable now, but best from 2024.
