John Albert is the personal project of John Monnier, assistant winemaker for the renowned Ravines Wine Cellars. Riesling grapes sourced from the Limestone Springs vineyard in Geneva were cold soaked for 48 hours before pressing. A decidedly dry, elegant expression of a classic Finger Lakes varietal with mineral and herbaceous undertones.
