This is 100% Chenin Blanc from the Wilson Vineyard in the Clarksburg AVA, organically farmed and foot trodden before being basket pressed into large foudre. It spent almost a year under lees with no stirring, bottled unfined and unfiltered. It's a nuanced and textured Chenin with racy acidity, deep minerality and hints of tropical fruit, with a dry finish and profound texture. Only about 125 cases are produced each year!
