Lime green in color, with aromas of jasmine, grapefruit and mineral notes. It is a well-structured wine, with a lively texture and fresh, elegant acidity. Intensely complex and silky.

The 2023 Microcósmico Macabeo comes from old vines on limestone soils, showing the character of the grape, with austerity, clout and power. It has more structure, not necessarily weight, and a very tasty finish with a bitter twist. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.21 and 5.89 grams of acidity. 20,199 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024 after seven months in concrete.
