100% Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley. 30% of the grapes see 2 weeks of skin contact, 70% is directly pressed, then blended together and aged in old barrel for over 1 year. A cooler vintage where fermentations were quick, this is already showing beautifully. This wine is saline and mineral with lovely aromatics; a real treat!
