Filipa Pato Description
This is a blend of Maria Gomez, Sercial, and Bical, mostly bio-dynamically farmed,and aged on its lees for around ten months. The nose here is towards the tart stone fruits with quince, green apple, clay minerality, and a light cream note. The palate is light with moderate acid and a flavor set of apples, quince, honeyed spice, and a light seaside minerality.
